Patitiri port - a bustling place with a constant flow of ferries, fishing boats and private yachts

Alonnisos is a quiet and scenic island in the Sporades archipelago in the northwestern Aegean Sea, known for its unspoiled nature, crystal clear waters and traditional Greek atmosphere. Alonnisos is particularly famous for being located in the middle of the National Marine Park of Alonissos and Northern Sporades, Europe's largest marine protected area. The park protects several species, including the rare Mediterranean monk seal (Monachus monachus), and encompasses both sea surfaces, islands and coastal environments, making the island a hub for ecotourism and marine research. Alonnisos offers a number of beautiful beaches with clear waters, such as Chrisi Milia, Agios Dimitrios and Leftos Gialos, as well as several hiking trails through olive groves, pine forests and mountain villages.

Patitiri - the main town and port of the Greek island of Alonnisos. Patitiri serves as the island's administrative and commercial center and is also the port for ferries and boats from the mainland and neighboring islands. The name "Patitiri" means wine press in Greek, which testifies to the town's historical connection to wine production.

Patitiri Port - a lively place with a constant flow of ferries, fishing boats and private yachts. Around the quay is a cozy area with taverns, cafes, shops and rental companies. Here you will also find the island's tourist information, small hotels and walkways leading to nearby beaches. One of the attractions in Patitiri is the Alonissos Maritima Museum, which displays traditional seafaring, pirate history and the island's cultural heritage. The resort also has connections to the National Marine Park of Alonissos, where you can book boat trips to explore islands, caves and marine life - including the rare Mediterranean monk seal.
