Sigtuna Stadsängar - a new district is emerging in Sigtuna
Approximately 1500 meters north of the old Sigtuna city center, Bonava is building a new district "Sigtuna Stadsängar" in collaboration with Sigtuna hem. In the first stage, 600 homes will be built. When the district is completed, there will be all types of leases and housing, as well as restaurants, shops, schools, recreational facilities and preschools. In total, Sigtuna stadsängar occupies an area of 330,000 square meters (33 Ha) and all in all, about 900 homes are planned here.
The new district is expected to be completely completed in the early 2030s.
