The Parkside, new offices and new homes on Första Långgatan at Masthuggskajen in Gothenburg. The property consists of 18 floors where Elof Hansson Fastigheter is building the basement, ground floor and up to floor 7. The ground floor is being built as an open ground floor with activities such as a showroom, café and public areas, floors 2 – 3 will be commercial offices and floors 4 – 7 will be rental apartments. Riksbyggen is building condominiums on floors 8 – 18. In total, the project contributes to the city with approximately 114 apartments and the total area is 15,000 sq m.
The project is expected to be completed in the first half of 2027.
