The Vattentornet district - part of the development of the Centrala Nacka district
In the middle of Central Nacka, JM is building the Vattentornet block. A total of around 350 homes and premises on the ground floor will be built here. There are both space-efficient apartments in smaller sizes and multi-room apartments. The homes have an open plan that creates space and large windows that provide beautiful light and cozy courtyards. The Vattentornet block is part of the development of the natural path district of Central Nacka, which has begun to be further developed in recent years with several thousand new homes and workplaces, cafes, restaurants and shops. The entire development of Central Nacka will take place over several years. Move-in will tentatively begin at the end of 2025.
