Zoetermeer, SnowWorld

Zoetermeer is a medium-sized city in the province of Zuid-Holland in the western Netherlands, about 15 kilometers east of The Hague. With just over 125,000 inhabitants, it is one of the country's fastest growing cities, and a clear example of how modern residential areas and infrastructure can develop in step with a growing population. Zoetermeer also has a strong focus on education and sports. There are several schools here, both at primary and secondary school level, as well as technical and vocational education. The Silverdome sports hall and the SnowWorld ski center, one of Europe's largest indoor ski facilities, are popular attractions.
