Fabege – Dismantling and construction of the properties Kairo 1, Farao 15 and 16 in Arenastaden
kv Kairo 1, Farao 15 and 16 are located in Arenastaden, Solna. A new detailed plan came into force in the autumn of 2023. Existing buildings will be demolished. The plan is to build new, larger buildings. The work will continue in stages until the end of 2028 and the new buildings will be ready in connection with the new metro being put into use. A new road bridge will also be built in the area.
