Ljunghusens Golf Club - 27 holes with a great variety
Ljunghusens Golf Club was founded in 1932. Golf is played here all year round in a unique environment, where wildlife, nature and the sea merge with the game of golf. Ljunghusens Golf Club has 27 holes with a wide variety of characteristics from the British moorland courses to the links courses on the coast of Scotland. Ljunghusens course is built on a base of sand from the time when the landscape was the bottom of the sea. A few meters from the course, the waves of the Baltic Sea roll in towards white sandy beaches and on the land side, brown-red, furry cows of the Highland Cattle breed graze on the protected wetland heath Skanörs Ljung. The course is playable almost all year round.
